L Krishnakumar appointed to the Board of Directors of Tata Global Beverages Limited

Tata Global Beverages Limited (TGBL) announced today that Mr L Krishnakumar has been appointed as Executive Director on the board of TGBL with effect from 1st April 2013.

Mr L Krishnakumar is currently the Group CFO of Tata Global Beverages and heads the finance, planning, governance and IT functions. He took over as Head of the Finance function of Tata Tea in 2004 and has been part of its rapid growth story since then.  He has been actively involved in the Company’s acquisitions, restructuring and financing both within and outside India. Mr L Krishnakumar has been with the Tata Group since 2000, initially with the Indian Hotels Limited as its Vice President Finance.

He holds professional qualifications in Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy and Company Secretarial Services and has over 30 years experience in a variety of industries including consumer goods, hotels, manufacturing and consulting
