Tetley in Poland enters Fruit & Herbal segment

Tetley in Poland has extended its footprint by entering the Fruit and Herbal segment. These segments represent 22% (value) of the Polish market and Tetley has launched 5 Drawstring SKUs to offer something different to consumers, adding value to the category and justifying Tetley's premium price position

The five blends launched combine top selling flavours with some intriguing additions - Raspberry & Pomegranate; Sweet Cranberry & Lemongrass; Peppermint; Camomile & Lemongrass and Blueberry & Acai.

Research proved that the concept performed well and the blends delivered on intensive taste and aroma. In addition, the distinctive pack design appeals to younger, more curious female consumers.

The launch plan sees Traditional Trade partner (Bahlsen) commencing sales followed by a number of Key Account listings during Q2 and Q3 in the build up to the 'tea season'.
